TURNAROUND TIME:
Most items ship same day or next business day but please allow up to 3 business days to process your order.

SHIPPING:
We offer flat rate shipping of $4.
You may upgrade your shipping to priority which includes $50 of insurance for an ADDITIONAL $6 or upgrade to $100 insurance for an ADDITIONAL $8. If you need more insurance on your package, please reach out to us via chat or email: ChunkyMonkeyBowtique2@gmail.com.

Please ensure your address is CORRECT. I cannot change the address once the shipping label has been created and paid for. Customer will be responsible for paying any additional postage fees incurred for address changes.

USPS:
I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products during shipment.
We would personally love to hand deliver each and every package to assure its safety, but once it leaves our hands it is completely out of our control.
If there is an issue with your item in-transit, please contact USPS.

Due to the nature of our products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL - returns, refunds and exchanges are not accepted. However, we stand by our products and will right any errors on our part.
